The Intersection of Heritage
& Modern Scandinavian Design
Deep inside our Vijayawada workshop, generational woodcraft meets geometric minimalism. We craft lifetime companions out of grade-A seasoned teak.
Serving Vijayawada’s Finest Homes Since 1998
Founded in Governorpet, Vijayawada, Amulya Furniture started as a humble carpentry guild focused on absolute structural integrity. Over nearly three decades, we have remained true to our founding principle: furniture must outlive its owners.
Today, under the creative direction of a new generation of designers, we merge this local woodcarving expertise with Scandinavian simplicity—clean grids, thin margins, and soft-hued organic fabrics.

Computerized Seasoning & Anti-Termite Kilns
Raw timber holds moisture that causes normal furniture to warp, expand, and crack under Vijayawada's humid climate. At Amulya, we eliminate this risk entirely.
Every single piece of teak and hardwood we use is processed inside our proprietary computerized seasoning chamber for 14 to 21 days. We scientifically extract moisture until the wood stabilizes at an optimal **8% to 12% moisture coefficient**. Following this, the timber undergoes a high-pressure organic chemical infusion process to guarantee complete lifetime termite resistance.
- Stabilized 8-12% moisture prevents wood expansion
- Pressurized chemical chamber renders wood inedible to pests
- Zero artificial veneers or chemical fillers
Ethical Sourcing
100% Certified Grade-A Teak Wood
Government Forest Reserves
We source strictly from government-licensed forest depots, ensuring zero illegal deforestation and absolute trace-back certification.
Grade-A Timber Selection
Only the dense, oil-rich center heartwood of mature trees is harvested. Outer sapwood is discarded to ensure maximum natural durability.
Sustainable Lifecycle
Our products are crafted with repairability in mind. We use traditional joinery that can be easily disassembled, re-waxed, and refinished.

"We wanted a dining table that could accommodate twelve family members for festivals but looked lightweight and elegant. Amulya designed a stunning 10-foot teak masterpiece. It feels like an art installation in our dining room."
